We will be looking to recruit a Public Facing Technical Person in Q2 2026 who has the following experience:

• Installation of PC Software onto Customers PC’s
• Configuration of complex software
• Provide Training Courses Onsite and Online
• Provide support to customers (online and onsite)

Ideally the person will be located in the Midlands or North to help us provide geographical coverage.

Salary and company car scheme will be competitive in the industry.

The company has been in business since 2003 and has a highly developed Tracking Solution for almost anything that needs to be tracked in both Public and Private Sector. Application areas include:

• Goods Inwards Tracking – Hospitals
• Postrooms – Track Inbound Parcels
• NHS Collection Rounds (Pathology, Logistics, Pharmacy)
• Logistics

Customers include: NHS Royal Wolverhampton, Gloucester Hospitals, ISS / Royal Derby Hospital, ISS / NHS Norwich & Norfolk, University of the Arts London, Liverpool John Moores University, Reading University, Computershare and Watches of Switzerland Group.
